Because suffering is impermanent, that is why we can transform it. Because happiness is impermanent, that is why we have to nourish it
- Thich Nhat Hanh
Welcome to the White Clouds Sangha, Bristol
Members of The White Clouds Sangha meet for fortnightly mindfulness meditation practice, in the tradition of Zen Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
We meet on the first, third and fifth (if there is one) Wednesday of each month at 7.00 pm (for a 7.15 start) until 9.00 pm, at the Redland Friends Meeting House, 126 Hampton Road, Bristol BS6 6EJ.
Everyone is welcome to join our meditation evenings, whether you are a beginner or a more experienced meditator.
If you would like to find out more, or come to one of our regular meditation evenings, please use this form to contact us.
WAKE UP IS COMING TO BRISTOL!
A new sangha for young people between the ages of 18 and 35 will be starting this year and we are currently creating a small team of practitioners to organise and hold the space. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Mary-Rose on 07827 966903.
