Nurturing Our Seeds - Day of Mindfulness

White Clouds Sangha Bristol welcomes you to our summer Day of Mindfulness in the charming location of Claverham Quaker Meeting House, Yatton, Somerset. The day will include a variety of mindful practices led by the sangha and offers an opportunity to slow down and connect with other practitioners. We will enjoy mindful eating during a shared lunch (please bring some vegan food to share),  - drinks will be provided. 

To secure a place please RSVP - note that the maximum capacity at Claverham is 25, so early reservation is recommended.

Donations/Dana:  To cover our costs we ask for a donation in the spirit of generosity.  This could be:

£15.00 standard donation 

£20.00 supporter  donation

£5.00 supported donation 

If it is not possible for you to donate any of these amounts, please donate what you can.

We ask that you make your donation directly to  Bristol White Clouds Sangha bank account: sort code 089299, account 65732371 and  tick the relevant box in the RSVP form.  Please reference your donation JULY 24  followed by your initials - this is quite important as it helps our Treasurer with the admin.

IMPORTANT - TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT 

We ask that, if possible, you make your own way to Yatton. 

• Claverham Meeting House is about a 30 minute drive from Bristol.  There is limited parking in the car park at Claverham Meeting House and additional parking nearby on the road.
• There are trains from Bristol Temple Meads to Yatton Station every 30 minutes on a Sunday.  We can arrange to pick people up from Yatton Station.   Please make sure you arrive at Yatton Station by 10.00 at the latest if you need a lift.  Alternatively it is a 2 mile walk to the Meeting House.  
• There may be very limited lifts available to Yatton from two locations, one in the north Bristol Bishopston/Redland area and one in the south Bristol Bedminster Parade area.   Should you be offered a lift, you will need to make your own way to the pick up location.  There is no guarantee that lifts will be available to everyone as this will depend on space in cars.
• If you are able to offer a lift or need a lift please fill in the details on the RSVP form by 1st July providing a contact number and indicating the pick-up location.  We will email round a spreadsheet of contact details to those offering and needing a lift for you to make your own arrangements.
