Nurturing Our Seeds - Day of Mindfulness
White Clouds Sangha Bristol welcomes you to our summer Day of Mindfulness in the charming location of Claverham Quaker Meeting House, Yatton, Somerset. The day will include a variety of mindful practices led by the sangha and offers an opportunity to slow down and connect with other practitioners. We will enjoy mindful eating during a shared lunch (please bring some vegan food to share), - drinks will be provided.
To secure a place please RSVP - note that the maximum capacity at Claverham is 25, so early reservation is recommended.
