Day of Mindfulness - 11 June 2022

In June we were so happy to be able to offer a Day of Mindfulness - Cultivating Joy - at Claverham Meeting House, Somerset – a venue we have used several times and has a special resonance for many of us. Around 25 people came and enjoyed sitting meditation, a dharma talk (video by Brother Phap Huu), walking meditation, sharing a meal outside partly in silence, deep relaxation, mindful movements and dharma sharing. This was our first DoM following the pandemic and was a very joyful occasion with beautiful sunshine.
